MINDNATION - TURNER

Inspired by festivals like TAG CDMX and SXSW, the solution was to create a Festival that could mixed content. Thus came Mindnation (the simple union of the words Mind and Imagination).
A proposal so well accepted that it became perennial, with 2018 being the first edition of the annual meeting.
The event, held at "The Week", in São Paulo, was attended by the Turner's top management presenting content from the channels through quick presentations supported by high technology.
Mindnation also counted with the presence of Derek Thompson, writer of the bestseller Hit Makers, a book that analyzes the trends and patterns that make the content a success (from your favorite YouTuber to a Hollywood film).
At the end of the lecture, various attractions and activations were “linked” simultaneously, just like in a multi-content festival.
For TNT a Salon was created headed by the award-winning grooming Danny Barbosa, where the guests could get ready to walk on the red carpet of the awards.
For Cartoon Network, in addition to the Cartoon Summer area, positioned on the pool, an unprecedented circular ping pong was built.
The Champions League was honored with a giant foosball for up to 16 simultaneous players.
Warner received Sheldon's famous apartment from The Big Bang Theory, while cosplayers walked, danced, and drank through the party as guests.
Lastly, a "truck tattoo" signed by "A Tattoaria" was available for "flashes" (promoted by the event's profile on Instagram), in addition to proposing extreme emotions with two “tattoos in the dark” where the tattooed person would only see the proposal and the result at the end of the process.
For the receptive area, it was no different. A casting formed by pure diversity, with plus size professionals, wheelchair users, people with Down Syndrome, etc…
A festival is not complete without music and this was supported on two dancing floors with different attractions such as "Pathy Dejesus" and J"oão Gordo" as DJs; The bands "SLDVR + Odradek" and "Golden Loki", at the dancing floor B, and "Baile do Simonal" ruling dancing floor A. Eclectic, modern and made to please everyone.
Results:
In 7 hours, the event connected more than 800 guests, served thousands of drinks through the 4 simultaneous bars, featured an inspired and rotating cuisine, and also entered the calendar of São Paulo's communicators who were already waiting for the second edition.
