Vivo Open Air – The Big Final
Vivo Open Air took place from May 14 to 17, 2014. Exactly 1 month before the World Cup in Brazil.
As the Brazilian is passionate about football even in online games, we created a big action to exalt this passion in great style.
We held an unprecedented FIFA Soccer 2014 competition during the Vivo Open Air event.
There were fierce disputes during the classification phases held at Vivo's space.
But the biggest emotion was at the end.
The grand final took place on the largest open-air cinema screen in the world.
A brand activation the size of the Brazilian's love for football.
As Vivo is an official sponsor of the Brazilian Football Team and showed to everyone with the FIFA Soccer 2014 competition in a cinema screen on that football and cinema can match.
Vivo brand space was full during all games, further strengthening the brand's image with the football during the World Cup season. In total, the competition had 154 registered players.

The activation took place at Vivo Open Air assembled at Marina da Glória - Rio de Janeiro. In other words, we had several FIFA Soccer 2014 games held on the largest outdoor cinema screen in the world, in an incredible setting of the wonderful city.
Before starting the competition or a movie, the Vivo Open Air screen remains in a horizontal position. Within minutes, a modern hydraulic system lifts the monumental 325 square meters of cinema screen.
To support the gigantic images, the sound equipment requires quality and quantity. In total, there were 28 speakers producing a sound worthy of a great rock concert.
